Alori Yoga sessions at Mirabella’s Play Café

We’re partnering with Mirabella’s Play Café to bring children’s yoga sessions to families in the area. The first sessions will run on Tuesday 21 October:

Care

Kindness first. Choice-based invites and gentle language build safe, joyful spaces.

Connect

Breath to body, child to child, child to grown-ups. Partner poses & teamwork games.

Calm

Practical tools: balloon breathing, starfish hands, pebble gratitude, cosy relaxations.

How classes work

Ages 4–6

Story-led warm-ups, animal shapes, music & games. 35–45 minutes.

Ages 7–9

Flow sequences, balance challenges, team play & focus games. 45–60 minutes.

Ages 10–12

Stronger poses, core, breathwork for exams & emotions, guided relaxations.

  • Bring: comfy clothes & water (spare mats available).
  • Safety: DBS checked, insured, paediatric first aid.
  • Inclusive: neurodiversity-friendly, opt-in activities.
